Hand turned in the New Forest, this is one of a small collection of drop spindles upcycled by Will using what's available in his shed!
There's a hook for spinning top-whorl at one end of the spindle shaft, and a notch for spinning bottom-whorl at the other end, so one spindle gives you the Best of Both!
Each spindle has a slightly different weight and a slightly different finish, but they all look gorgeous and feel great to spin with - I may have kept one for myself.....:)

Care Instructions
FIBRE PRODUCTS
Gentle hand wash using mild detergent in luke warm water, do not rub.
Squeeze out excess liquid, re-shape and dry flat away from direct heat.
Darn, sew, weave, tuck in any loose ends – do not cut!
WOOD or METAL ITEMS - looms, spindles, hooks, sticks, needles, spindles, shawl pins, key rings
Wipe with damp soapy cloth.
Check for any rough patches or splinters - smooth off using fine sand paper.
Gentle wipe with natural beeswax polish makes the wood feel good too!

We use Royal Mail and aim to ship to UK addresses within 2 -7 business days.
Sorry, but we can’t take responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit; you would need to take this up with the courier/postage company to make a claim.
What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
You should tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel, and you should return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
The product that you return must be in the same condition and packaging that you receive it and unused and undamaged in any way.
Although you’d have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item, we will issue you with a store credit to the same amount.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Within 14 days of us receiving the goods back the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
